Terrebonne General Health System in Louisiana is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Labor and Delivery team. The RN will plan, implement, coordinate and evaluate nursing care for patients, providing leadership and education to patients and families while collaborating with the health care team to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice.

The role requires coordination of care, timely interventions, safe medication administration, and thorough documentation.

Position Description:

The Registered Nurse plans, implements, coordinates and evaluates nursing care for patients. This role participates in patient and family teaching and provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing personnel and other patient team members in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.
