Candidates should have a CO RN license or eNLC privileges. This role emphasizes high-quality direct patient care, education, and collaboration within the Women’s Care and Infants service line, including Mother/Baby and NICU support.

Qualifications

• Direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Ability to precept staff and new hires.
• Awareness of safety and quality in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Model proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and UCHealth.
• Contribute to safe, high-quality care in Labor and Delivery and Women's Care units.

Education

Colorado RN license or eNLC privileges

RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, CCRN certifications
