The George Washington University Hospital in downtown Washington, DC, a 395-bed academic medical center, is seeking a transplant coordinator to provide professional clinical care for transplant candidates, recipients, living donors and their families. Job functions are performed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and Transplant Institute policies.

The position requires a BSN in nursing, transplant coordinator experience (CCTC preferred), and at least one year of clinical transplant

Qualifications

Education/Qualification

• BSN in nursing required
• Certification as a transplant coordinator (CCTC) preferred
• A minimum of one year’s experience as a clinical transplant coordinator
