Prime IV Hydration & Wellness in Hanover, MA is seeking a confident Registered Nurse (RN) to join our IV therapy and wellness spa. This role blends clinical skill, client education, and performance-driven wellness care in a spa-like environment with no nights.

You will start and manage IVs, administer IV therapies and injections, educate clients, and help grow services through memberships and packages. A Massachusetts RN license is required.

• Reliable; able to commit to 2 Saturdays per 4 weeks.

Registered Nurse (RN) — IV Therapy & Wellness Spa

Pay: $52–$65/hr totalOur nurses made $52–65/hr all-in this year. Base hourly pay is $38–40/hr, plus daily pooled tips, and commission on memberships, packages, and services. We're putting the real number first because it's the one that matters.

This role blends clinical skill, client education, and performance-driven wellness care in a fun, spa-like environment. No hospital chaos. No nights. Clients who want to be there and are motivated to improve their health.

What you'll do

Schedule Full‑time, 4–5 shifts per week 2 Saturdays per 4 weeks required. This is a firm requirement. Closed Sundays. No nights, ever. Spa hours: Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri 9a–5p, Wed 11a–7p, Sat 9a–4p

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN license in good standing.
• Strong IV skills and comfort managing IV therapy.
• Reliable, with the ability to commit to 2 Saturdays per 4 weeks.
• Professional, friendly, and outgoing communication style; comfort building relationships with clients.
• Comfort educating clients and recommending services in a supportive, non‑pressuring way.
• Interest in wellness, energy optimization, and preventative care.
• Previous sales, retail, spa, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a calm, service‑first approach.
