Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse to join the resource pool. The IR RN provides comprehensive care for patients undergoing minimally invasive, image-guided procedures, including patient assessment, sedation management, monitoring, medication administration, and coordination before, during, and after procedures.

Qualifications

The Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (IR RN) is a highly specialized professional nurse who provides comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing minimally invasive, image-guided diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. The IR RN is responsible for patient assessment, sedation management, physiological monitoring, medication administration, and coordination of care before, during, and after interventional radiology procedures. This role works in close collaboration with interventional radiologist, technologist, IR Navigator and ancillary staff to ensure patient safety, procedural efficiency, and high-quality clinical outcomes.

Special Qualifications

• Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLs certification required.
