Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Current RN license with multi-state or single-state certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required within specified timeframes.
• Minimum of 2 years direct patient care experience.
• Knowledge of clinical standards and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement the nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practices.
• Deliver relationship-based care tailored to patient demographics and cultural diversity, partnering with patients and families to ensure individualized care plans.
• Coordinate safe and effective care delivery, maintain thorough documentation, and foster respectful interdisciplinary communication.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support evidence-based practice and research, and uphold clinical standards and organizational policies.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote workforce development and modeling professional nursing practice.
• Contribute to protocol development, resource management, and system safety initiatives.
