Alpha Home Health and Hospice in Baltimore is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse for the Intensive Care Unit to deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill adults within a collaborative team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, titrate IV drips and ventilator support, educate patients and families, document in the EHR, and participate in safety and quality initiatives.

This role requires an active RN license and experience in critical care nursing; strong assessment
