Job summary

Encompass Health in Americus, GA is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our rehabilitation team. We offer Full Time, Part Time, PRN positions and a 12 Week Short Term Contract, with opportunities to grow as you help patients recover and regain independence.

You will supervise care, conduct assessments, tailor care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care. CPR is required; ACLS/CRRN are preferred, and prior rehab experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build relationships with patients and families to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure coordinated care and provide direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for staff, supporting complex patient needs.
