Job summary

CarePartners is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehab team in Morganton, NC. This role provides leadership and direct patient care, using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for patients and families.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN or ADN, NC RN licensure with eNLC if applicable, and BLS; one year of hospital nursing experience is required. Masters in Nursing is preferred; care is delivered with compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing or ADN required.
• Masters in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license with the North Carolina Board of Nursing; eNLC may apply.
• BLS Healthcare Provider certification; national certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience.

• Lead and coordinate professional nursing care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and educate patients and families.

Job Summary and Qualifications

Role Summary: Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, or ADN
• Preferred Education: Masters in Nursing.
• Required License/Certifications: Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON Certificate: BLS Healthcare Provider
• Preferred License/Certifications: National Certification in area of specialty
• Required Experience: One year hospital nursing experience
