Job summary

Sanford Health in Marshfield, Wisconsin, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborating with physicians to plan, implement, and evaluate care. The role supports all phases from prevention to follow-up in various clinical settings.

The RN applies age- and population-specific standards, demonstrates nursing competency, and coordinates care, education, and triage under the Nurse Practice Act and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program required, including AACN, ACEN, and NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board where practice occurs and/or multistate licensure if in a NLC state.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
