Brightstar Care of Concord, Lexington and Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to accelerate their career in home health. Locations include Sandwich and Plymouth with a salary range of $55–60 per hour? or year; employment types include Part Time, Per-Diem, and Flexible Hours.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• CPR Certification required.
• 2–3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• Proficient in IV infusions and TPN.
• Wound care including NPWT/Wound VAC management.
• Sales mindset to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners.
• Strong leadership and staff mentoring abilities.
• Skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Experience in QA, risk management, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Flexible with on-call duties and responding to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualification and Requirements

Must Haves

• Required: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – Must hold a valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of operation.
• Required: CPR Certification
• Preferred: Reliable Car, Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Clinical Experience – At least 2-3 years of experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• IV Infusion Therapy Expertise – Proficient in administering and overseeing IV infusions, including medications, hydration, and TPN (total parenteral nutrition)
• Wound Care - Provide wound care including dressing changes, infection prevention, and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT/Wound VAC management).
• Sales & Business Development Mindset – Ability to attract and retain clients and collaborate with referral partners
• Leadership & Management – Strong ability to supervise, train, and mentor nurses, aides, and caregivers.
• Care Plan Development – Skilled in creating and overseeing patient care plans, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Quality Assurance & Risk Management – Experience in auditing, incident reporting, and maintaining compliance with policies.
• Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Ability to handle staffing issues, patient concerns, and operational challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Flexibility & Availability – Comfortable with on-call responsibilities and responding to emergencies
