Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN School of Nursing.
• Currently licensed to practice as an RN in Mississippi.
• Demonstrated de-escalation training completed or in progress.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process per state standards.
• Perform duties to attain, maintain, and restore patient health.
• Maintain and update certifications and competencies as required.
• Collaborate with care teams including LPNs and aides.
