Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current BLS certification (Instructor or Basic Life Support).
• RN license in Georgia; RN compact or single-state license as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates the patient’s condition and updates the care plan.
• Collaborates with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow and documentation.
• Supports performance improvement initiatives and upholds confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
• Mentors and precepts junior nurses; promotes a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Adheres to hospital policies and professional standards.
