Qualifications

• RN license required (single state) or RN-COMPACT (multi-state)
• BLS or ARC-BLS or equivalent on hire
• Minimum 5 years RN experience, direct patient care preferred

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based care
• Delivers patient-centered care considering age, gender, and cultural diversity
• Partners with patient and family using effective communication and teaching
• Charts and documents care in a timely, accurate manner
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, quality care and governance participation
