Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• RN licensure required by the State of New Jersey
• Completion of department-specific orientation and certifications of BCLS, ACLS, and PALS within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care on the assigned unit within scope of practice.
• Support the goals and philosophy of the Department of Nursing within St. Joseph's Health system.
