Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitors, examines, and evaluates the patients conditions and coordinates optimum daily patient flow.
• Delivers care plan as outlined, applying independent judgment where appropriate.
• Communicates patient care plans with other staff, and with family when appropriate.
• Supports improvement initiatives aligned with achieving better patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
• Maintains licenses, certifications and completes required training.
• Mentors and precepts other nurses and upholds confidentiality and safety standards.
