Nexus at Forest Edge in Chicago, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality resident care. You will assess patient needs, implement care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

In this role you will administer medications, monitor progress, document findings, and educate residents and families on health conditions and post-care instructions. A supportive, team-oriented culture and strong growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Illinois.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred depending on role.
