Job summary

Northwest Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care across multiple units. The RN will coordinate assessments, planning, and evaluation per clinical protocols, collaborating closely with physicians, nurses, and other care team members.

Key duties include medication administration, documentation, and participation in emergency interventions while upholding infection control and safety standards and supporting families through discharge planning.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the U.S. is required.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and care planning.
• Experience with medications administration and safety.
• Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Document assessments, plans, and interventions accurately.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Respond to emergencies; participate in CPR and code teams.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge care.
• Maintain clinical competency and participate in quality initiatives.
