Job summary

Texas A&M University Health Science Center in Bryan, TX seeks an RN III for the Mobile Clinic to deliver comprehensive nursing care to students, staff, and community members. This role supports evaluations, treatments, and patient education in a mobile setting.

The position is temporary/part-time with variable hours and may require immunizations. The RN must hold a Texas RN license, BLS, and have strong teamwork and confidentiality skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of clinical nursing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care, evaluations, and treatments in accordance with nursing standards.
• Maintains high nursing practice standards and patient records.
• Operates and maintains the Mobile Clinic, including inventory and requisition of supplies and medications.
• Provides preventative education to patients and coordinates care with the health care team.
• Drives to schools and homes to provide services in a University vehicle.
• Maintains confidentiality and uses EMR to document care.
