Full Time Shift: 10a - 10p Minimum of 5 years bedside experience preferred. Critical Care RN experience required Virtual Nurse works from an on-site office location (not a remote position) Will perform admit, discharge, chart review and other patient care duties via a secure link to patient rooms.
The Registered Nurse II (Virtual) assesses, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with hospital standards and unit policies/procedures for the purpose of monitoring and evaluating patient functional status. This position will assume accountability for patient care outcomes through the assimilation and application of evidence based practice to design, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care in a virtual environment setting.
Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree therefrom.
Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License.
Minimum 5 years of registered nurse experience in acute care setting.
Independent judgment in making decisions from many diversified alternatives that are subject to general review in final stages only.
Must meet and maintain Clinical Nurse II requirements pursuant to the Saint Francis Hospital Clinical Ladder for Registered Nurses.
