University of Maryland Medical System Corporation seeks a registered nurse with 12+ months of experience to provide and coordinate patient care within a clinical specialty. You will work as an engaged member of a multidisiplinary care team, using established care delivery and professional practice models to guide practice.

You will participate in developing your own practice and support unit goals, while upholding Service Standards and the Nursing Mission, Vision and Values in a dynamic hospital

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Maryland or eligible via Compact.
• 12+ months nursing experience.
• Current AHA BLS certification.
• Unit-specific certifications: PALS, ACLS, NRP.

Provides and coordinates independent care to patients within a clinical speciality as a fully effective and participative member of the multidisipliary patient care services team. Utilize the institutions care delivery and professional practice models as the frame of reference for practicing as a professional nurse. Participates in activities to develop own practice, and to support group practice goals at the unit level. Is accountable to hold to the Service Standards and to the Nursing Mission, Vision and Values.

Work Experience

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Maryland, or eligible to practice due to Compact state agreements outlined through the MD Board of Nursing, is required.
• More than 12 months nursing experience. Solid knowledge and clinical skills.
• Current AHA BLS certification required.
• Must meet all unit specific certifications requirements: (PALS, ACLS, NRP)

Benefits

Full-Time Nights (7am-7:30pm)

Pay Range: $37.75 - $56.21/hr. (depends on years of experience)

Other Compensation (if applicable): Shift Differential

$15,000 Sign-on Bonus; restrictions may apply
