Qualifications

• Twelve months RN experience in a healthcare environment
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) or Instructor certification, with Magnet recognition preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and assessments to a diverse patient population
• Collaborate with physicians and interprofessional teams to coordinate care and achieve treatment outcomes
• Demonstrate leadership in unit operations, participate in governance initiatives, and serve as charge nurse or preceptor as needed
