Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; Diploma in Nursing accepted with GN program completion.
• Registered Nurse license in Texas.
• Current Basic Life Support (AHA or Red Cross).
• One year full-time RN experience or GN program completion.
• Language skills: bilingual preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in assigned clinical area following standards and algorithms.
• Independently manage common patient problems and seek resources when needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team; document appropriately.
