The role requires a BSN, Florida RN license, and BLS/AHA; two years of nursing experience with strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Florida RN license.
• BLS/AHA certification.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and nursing care methods.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain patient safety.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients and document nursing care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff on care plans.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist procedures.
• Administer medications and document accurately per policy.
• Communicate care plans to patients and families per HIPAA.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff; provide feedback.
• Adapt to changing priorities and environment while ensuring safety.
