Baptist Health in Little Rock is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Med/Surg Resource Team on the day shift (0630-1900). The RN will use the nursing process and Baptist Health training to deliver safe, therapeutic, and compassionate patient care, while demonstrating clinical competence and critical thinking.

Must hold an Arkansas RN license in good standing; BSN preferred. Requires at least 18 months of RN experience (one year in the specialty).

Qualificações

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing in the state of Arkansas.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 18 months of Registered Nurse experience required, including one year in the specialty applied for.
• Healthcare CPR certification required. Some areas may require ACLS, PALS, and/or NALS (training provided).
• Required to float within the specialty or across campuses no more than 30 miles from the home campus
