Registered Nurses in our 10bed Intensive Care Unit are leaders and partners in patient care at Exeter Hospital. The units strive for a nurse-to-patient ratio of 2:1 or 1:1, which allows the nurse to truly make an impact on the patient and family. Multidisciplinary rounds are one way to support a strong physician/nurse collaboration as the nurse is involved in the decisions that affect the patient and their input is valued. Our computerized documentation system allows nurses to document at the bedside. The nursing leadership team partners with our education staff to provide opportunities for career enhancement and professional development. Per Diem Requirements: 48hrs/6 weeks, 24 must be weekend, Holiday rotation: 1 minor and 1 major coverage Reporting to the Nurse Manager/Director of the Unit, provides professional nursing care within assigned unit.
RN license - N.H. state or any other compact state. BCLS certified or within 30 days of hire; BSN strongly preferred ACLS certified or within 1 year of hire
Pay Range: $35.00 - $63.15 The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
