Job summary

The Mental Health Association of Rochester in Missouri seeks a registered nurse to provide direct patient care using the nursing process, coordinate care across departments, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care, maintain licensure and safety standards, and support innovative health delivery within a compassionate, collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license valid in the state or applicable licensure compact.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, with additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, ENPC, or others based on unit requirements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and mobility tasks.
