UMass Memorial Health in Massachusetts is seeking registered nurses to deliver direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge, across varied patient populations.
The role requires MA licensure, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and BLS; ACLS preferred. You will collaborate with care teams, support governance, and participate in quality improvement to promote safe, effective patient care.

Hiring Range: $36.11 - $65.01 (based on a full time schedule of 40 hours per week).
Please note that the final offer will vary based on scheduled hours. Compensation for part-time or reduced schedules will be prorated based on scheduled weekly hours, experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.

Responsible for the planning, delivery and management of direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and adhering to the standards of nursing practice.

Department-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments. The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job description. Responsible managers will review competencies with position incumbents.
Work is considered medium. Position requires work indoors in a normal patient care environment.
