Description

1ST TIMERS - PENDING LIC - ICU RN - Req 11082 Will position float between units: Yes Is on-call required? Yes The RN must report to work within 45 minutes Are weekends required? Yes every other weekend Are block schedules required? No What are expected ratios? 1:1 or 1:2 or 1:3 acuity dependent Special requirements: When ICU census decreases, the traveler nurse may be required to float to other departments or ministries if their skills are needed and they are not being placed on call. Are 48 hours approved: No PLEASE NOTE- Must have a vehicle for this assignment! *** Please note, it’s common for travelers to float to other units based on their skill sets *** professionals may be required to float to other units and facilities in order to meet the needs of PH&S.

Milwaukie, Newberg, Portland, Hood River, Willamette Falls, Seaside, and Saint Vincent

• *Note for Seaside floating only If your traveler is booked to a non-Seaside facility and asked to float to Seaside, they will receive ***/hr incentive for hours worked at Seaside in addition to IRS Mileage reimbursement. If floating consecutive shifts, they will be additionally offered a hotel. Facility agrees to give as much notice as possible when floating to Seaside.
