Job summary

Brown University Health in Fall River seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within the nursing process during day shifts. Saint Anne's Hospital, 795 Middle Street, Fall River, MA, offers 12-hour days from 7:00am to 7:30pm in a collaborative clinical environment.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to achieve clinical and organizational outcomes. A BSN is preferred; MA RN license and BLS are required, with ACLS/PALS in some departments as applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BSN strongly preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license and BLS required; ACLS or PALS may be required for some departments.

SUMMARY:

The RN is responsible for providing direct patient care based on the nursing process within assigned work periods. They function as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes consistent with the comprehensive plan of care. The RN participates in activities to achieve clinical, financial and organizational outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledge of nursing process, social, behavioral and biological sciences normally acquired via approved nursing program.
• Able to provide age and culturally specific care to the population served.
• Ability to analyze data, to synthesize and summarize information and to make judgements regarding patient care.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

For specialty areas, related experience and qualifications may be required.

EDUCATION:

Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing. BSN strongly preferred.

MA RN license and BLS required (Some departments require ACLS or PALS)

Pay Range

$35.70-$71.40
