Job summary

The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks a Registered Nurse I (New Graduate) for the 10 West acute care unit. You will deliver individualized nursing care at the advanced beginner level under supervision, coordinating with the care team to meet patient goals on a high-intensity unit.

Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree (BSN preferred) and BE enrolled in BSN if ADN/Diploma. SC nursing licensure, BLS certification, and dedication to teamwork complete the profile.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• RN hired with ADN/Diploma must enroll in BSN within 2 years and complete BSN within 4 years.
• Current BLS certification required (AHA or Red Cross).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the health care team to achieve patient outcomes.
• Maintain safe, efficient unit operations on 36-hour weekly schedule.
