Job summary

CHRISTUS Health in Shreveport, LA seeks an RN supervisor to organize and coordinate nursing staff across patient care units, ensure adequate staffing, and maintain smooth operations. You will lead daily shift activities and collaborate with related departments to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Registered Nursing program.
• Bachelor degree preferred or actively pursuing with completion within 2 years.
• Minimum of 1–3 years’ clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting.
• RN licensure in state(s) of employment; BLS/ACLS as required.

Requirements

• Incumbents grandfathered based on experience

• Minimum of 1-3 years’ of clinical patient care experience in a relevant setting

Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications

• RN Licensure in state(s) of employment
• Registered Nurse (RN) required
• BLS required
• ACLS required within 30 days of hire
• CPI required
