Job summary

Sentara Williamsburg Regional Medical Center in Williamsburg, VA seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Hospital Float Pool (days). This part-time role offers benefits and an additional differential for resource pool RNs, with a potential bonus up to $7,500 for qualified RNs.

You will be assigned to various units within your scope of competencies, performing assessments, medication administration, patient rounding, and family communication while delivering high-quality care and supporting

As a hospital resource RN you will be assigned to various Units within your scope of competencies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• RN Degree
• At least 18 months of recent hospital-based bedside Registered Nurse experience - Med/Surg, or IMCU/Stepdown, or ICU, or ED
• Valid RN License to practice in VA

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
