Job summary

Hospice Home Care in Little Rock, AR is seeking a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse to join our team. You will provide expert, patient-centered care at a critical time in people’s lives within a supportive environment.

As a Hospice RN you will assess patients, create care plans, administer medications, manage pain, and educate families. Work with an interdisciplinary team and participate in on‑call rotations for stability and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current licensure to practice in state of operation.
• One year nursing experience required, 3+ years preferred.
• Experience in hospice or a similar setting preferred.
• Knowledge of the hospice philosophy of care.
• Commitment to clinical and documentation excellence.
• Must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create hospice care plans that align with the patients' wishes and goals.
• Direct nursing care: administering medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support the patient’s family and caregivers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Participate in on‑call rotation as required by local branch.
