UChicago Medicine is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to deliver intravenous medications to patients in their homes and infusion suites. This role involves planning, coordinating, and providing home infusion services, focusing on community health education.
The ideal candidate will have a valid Illinois nursing license and experience in acute care, home health, and infusion therapies. This is a full-time position with day shifts that requires both strong clinical skills and effective patient communication.
The Home Infusion Nurse provides intravenous medication administration for patients in the home and the infusion suite setting. The professional nurse plans, coordinates, and performs home infusion services with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse works cooperatively with pharmacy staff to establish priorities and goals of patient care.

The pay range is based on a full‑time equivalent (1.0 FTE) and is reflective of current market data, reviewed on an annual basis. Compensation offered at the time of hire will vary based on candidate qualifications and experience and organizational considerations, such as internal equity.
