BAYADA Home Health Care in Pennsylvania seeks a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will deliver skilled nursing care in patients' homes, using strong assessment and clinical decision skills to keep clients safe and comfortable.

You\'ll work independently, triaging urgent situations, coordinating care with a multi-disciplinary team, and documenting care digitally. BAYADA offers competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training to support your growth.

Formación

• Current PA nursing license in good standing.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in acute or home health settings within the past two years.

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team. You will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to remain at home. • Use strong head-to-toe assessment skills with the ability to identify subtle changes in patient condition
• Utilize your experience with acute and post-acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post-surgical care)
• Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting
• Perform medication reconciliation , teaching, and safety monitoring
• Perform comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation

Qualifications for a Registered BAYADA Nurse:

• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• At least one year of current or recent hands-on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, med surg, sub-acute care or rehab units (medical or skilled nursing settings).

• Competitive pay ranges with a weekly pay schedule
• Flexible scheduling

• Base Pay, depending on qualifications and subject to negotiations
• $60-$73 per point
