Education and/or Experience

One year of Home Health experience as a RN HCHB EMR a plus! Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing required. Minimum of one (1) year nursing practice or equivalent experience required.

Certifications, Licenses, and Registrations

Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in state(s) of employment required. Current CPR certification required.
