Ernest Health, Inc. and Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Prescott Valley, AZ are seeking a Registered Nurse for Home Health per diem coverage.

The RN will provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes in accordance with physician orders, ensuring high-quality, compassionate care. Requirements include an active Arizona RN license, CPR certification, and 2+ years of Home Health experience; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Arizona.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program and licensed in AZ.
• Current CPR certification; ACLS preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience; home health preferred.

• Degree from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Current State Registered Nurse License.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (Bachelor degree or higher preferred) with ability to apply and maintain RN license in state of Arizona.
• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state of Arizona.
• Current CPR certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Fingerprint certification through state of Arizona required.
• Three (3) years working experience; two (2) year Home Health experience strongly preferred.

• Ability to work on-call and off hours as assigned.

Responsibilities

In accordance with physician orders and plan of care, administers skilled nursing care to patients on an intermittent basis in their place of residence. Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
