ComForCare is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform comprehensive client assessments, develop personalized care plans, and coordinate in‑home care interventions in Michigan. You will administer medications, maintain records, and collaborate with the health team to achieve client goals.

Ideal candidates are RN-licensed in Michigan with CPR certification and experience in senior care. Flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development are offered.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing is required.
• Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
• Experience in Senior Care is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive assessments of client status across physical, psychosocial, and environmental parameters.
• Develop individualized care plans based on data and current findings.
• Provide interventions focused on achieving realistic client outcomes.
• Report changes to update the plan of care to reflect progress.
• Administer medications as needed.
• Maintain detailed client records of assessments, planning, interventions, and evaluations.
• Initiate referrals to other health team members as required.
