Job summary

Professional Case Management is seeking Registered Nurses to deliver in-home healthcare services in Tennessee. You’ll build one-on-one relationships with patients and support their health, quality of life, and peace of mind while working on a schedule that fits your needs.

Ideal candidates are RN-licensed, CPR certified, and able to work in home settings with sensitivity to cultural and individual differences.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in acute care; new graduate nurses considered.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to patients.
• Develop and maintain one-on-one patient relationships in the home.
• Promote safety and quality of care in the patient’s home.

Standard Rate: $40.00 - $42.50 Hourly
