Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse in Home Health to provide and direct nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinating the plan of care with physicians and the health care team. The role requires current WA RN licensure and a valid driver's license for travel to patient homes.

Preferred candidates have CPR certification, 1+ year of home health experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in Washington state.
• Current Driver's License and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
• CPR certification preferred or achievable within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ years of Home Health experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with solid communication, writing, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, develops, implements, and revises the plan of care with the physician and health care professionals.
• Supervises home health aides and licensed nurses; assigns tasks per regulations and provides instruction.
• Provides required supervisory visits.
