Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in home health with high volume case loads is required.
• First time travelers: Not accepted. However, any recent travel experience is welcome.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory.
• Special Requirements: Recent OASIS experience is required. Candidates must pass an OASIS exam to be eligible for an interview. Please review the Oasis E11, focusing on Mobility (G-Section, GG Section, and M18) before the exam.
• Shift: Starts at 0800.
• Weekend Requirement: Yes, one full weekend and one additional weekend shift every 6 weeks.
• Territory: Covering LA County with a mileage radius of 5-20 miles.
• Mileage Reimbursement: Provided per IRS standard.
• License: Must be active at the time of submission.
• Locals: Accepted with no radius rule.
