Job summary

MEP Health seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (In-Home Care) to provide pediatric and adult patient care in home and community settings. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement care plans, and deliver medications and treatments according to clinical standards.

Partner with patients, families, and an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care. Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork to support positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state (Washington) and active nursing license.
• Ability to conduct in-home health assessments and monitor patient status.
• Experience developing and following individualized care plans and adjusting as needed.
• Competence administering medications and treatments in home-based settings.
