Job summary

AccentCare seeks a Registered Nurse for Home Health services supporting patients in their homes. The RN will complete comprehensive assessments, develop and update care plans, administer medications and treatments, and provide wound and IV care.

You’ll educate patients and families on disease management, coordinate with physicians and therapists, and ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation in EHR systems.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the appropriate state.
• Experience in home health care or in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Ability to educate patients and families on disease management and self-care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop/update care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments, provide wound and IV care.
