Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Home Health Registered Nurse for the Henderson, TN area. Join a patient-centered team delivering 1:1 in-home care with MD-guided plans and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities include medication administration, care plan development, and caregiver education. Requires active RN license, CPR, and valid driver's license. Full-time with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RN license: current unrestricted registration in state of practice
• 1 year nursing practice in patient care setting; home health/geriatrics preferred
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, car insurance per policy
• New grads may be considered in select markets

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients
• Create home health care plans aligning with MD orders and patient goals
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, interventions
• Provide pain and symptom management
• Educate and support patient’s family and caregivers
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch

Responsibilities

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, You will:

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) from an accredited college of nursing with current unrestricted registration and license in the state of practice and in the state of residence is required
• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
