Job summary

Adoration Health, part of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Registered Nurse for home health in Camp Hill, PA. You will provide expert 1:1 patient care in the home, supporting goals set by physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Registered Nursing Degree (Associate or Bachelor) with current unrestricted license in PA and residence state.
• One year nursing practice in patient care; home health or geriatrics preferred.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of car insurance per policy.
• New graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess/monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients.
• Create home health care plans aligned with MD orders and patient goals.
• Direct nursing care: administer medications, treatments, and interventions.
• Provide pain and symptom management.
• Educate and support patient and family/caregivers.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain timely documentation.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch.

• One year nursing practice in a patient care setting required; and home health, geriatrics or other related settings preferred
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and proof of car insurance in accordance with Adoration policy
• New nursing graduates may be considered in select markets based on program availability
• Current CPR certification
