Job summary

A leading healthcare system in Indiana is seeking registered nurses to join their Heart Failure Triage team. This position offers part-time and full-time roles with a $30,000 sign-on bonus. Nurses will evaluate patient needs, manage symptoms, and work within a collaborative environment dedicated to improving patient outcomes. Applicants must have an active RN license in Indiana and possess strong assessment and coordination skills, making this a key role in delivering high-quality care to patients.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or NLC RN license required.
• Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies.
• Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
• Requires ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.

Responsibilities

Our Heart Failure Triage team provides essential clinical support by evaluating patient needs, managing symptom escalation, and ensuring rapid communication with providers. Schedule: M‑F 8‑4:30pm

Qualifications

• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
