Qualifications

• ADN required.
• Oklahoma RN license required.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
• ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document care activities in accordance with standards to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
• Provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit.
• Demonstrate knowledge of growth and development principles and interpret data to identify patient requirements by age-specific needs.
• Plan for provision of patient care including development, modification and implementation of the plan of care in accordance with standards.
