Job summary

Qualifications
- Successful completion of an associate's degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
- Active Illinois State Nursing License required.
- Previous OR experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop a plan of care that identifies interventions to achieve expected outcomes.
- Document patient health data, interventions, and communications.
- Communicate plan of care to patient and family regularly.
