Signature HealthCARE is hiring compassionate RNs and LPNs for multiple Louisville-area locations. You will deliver direct nursing care, administer medications, and support residents’ daily living activities while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the state of practice, with CPR/BLS certification preferred and at least 1 year of nursing experience; supervisory experience is a plus. A robust benefits package is offered.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience; long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory/charge nurse role preferred.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration and wound care.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, ensuring comfort, dignity, and safety.
• Supervise nursing assistants and medication aides during shifts per policy.
• Monitor residents' status and communicate changes to physicians or family.
• Develop and review individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
